1. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date given. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Work beyond the quoted scope is agreed with you before it starts.

2. Payment

Invoices are payable by the 20th of the month following the invoice date, unless other terms are agreed in writing.

3. Workmanship

All electrical work is carried out to New Zealand wiring standards and certified where required. Any concern with completed work should be raised as soon as practical so it can be put right.

4. Access and site conditions

Quoted prices assume reasonable access to the work area. Delays or extra work caused by restricted access or unknown site conditions may be charged at standard rates after discussion with you.

5. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel a booked job so the time can be offered to another customer.
